Årets Fe is an initiative dedicated to celebrating women over 40 who drive progress across Sweden’s business and innovation landscape. The aim is clear: to spotlight the women whose expertise, leadership and impact too often go unnoticed – and to broaden the picture of who leads change in society.
Through the annual list 40 över 40 and the award Årets Fe, the initiative recognises women working in areas such as business development, technology, innovation, sustainability, product development, strategy, communications, leadership and organisational development. The list highlights established professionals who continue to push boundaries, contribute to growth and shape the future of Swedish industry.
Årets Fe also works actively to inspire more women to step into influential roles, create visibility for diverse career paths, and challenge outdated perceptions of leadership and expertise. By highlighting stories and achievements across sectors, the initiative aims to pave the way for more inclusive and representative innovation environments.

Do you know a woman over 40 who is transforming her industry, advancing a field of knowledge or contributing to meaningful societal development? Nominations are now open for the 40 över 40 list and the Årets Fe award. The list is supportet by Svemin, Jernkontoret and Industriarbetsgivarna.
