New call for a strategic project – Impact Innovation: Digital product passports
News
The aim is to prepare and facilitate the effective introduction of Digital Product Passports (DPP) along the Swedish metal industry’s value chain, supporting the transition towards a more sustainable, circular and competitive industry.
Only one project will be funded within this strategic initiative. The project will, through at least three pilot studies, demonstrate how digital product passports can be implemented in practice and provide insights into technical, organizational and environmental aspects. At least one pilot study should focus on the steel industry and one on the aluminum or foundry industry.
Who can apply?
A consortium of at least ten partners, including at least two steel companies, one mining company, one aluminum or foundry company, one SME, one end-user, and one research organization. The consortium should represent the full value chain and actively collaborate to achieve broad industry impact.
