New call open – Impact Innovation: Resilient metals and minerals supply for strengthened preparedness

The call “Impact Innovation: Resilient metal and mineral supply for strengthened preparedness” provides funding for projects that strengthen the metal and mineral industry’s ability and conditions to contribute to Sweden’s total defence. The focus of the call is that the Swedish metal and mineral industry must be able to function even in challenging security policy situations.
Eligible applicants are projects in the form of industrial research or experimental development that strengthen the metal and mineral industry’s ability and conditions to contribute to Sweden’s total defence.
Approved applicant consortia must include at least one Swedish company and at least one Swedish research organisation (university, university college, or research institute). Funding can be applied for in two project categories. In one category, up to SEK 1.5 million is available (project duration up to 18 months); in the other category, there is no fixed maximum grant amount.
