  • Newsletters: We use your email address to send you newsletters and other relevant information such as activities and calls for proposals.
  • Proposals for activities: We use your data to contact you about proposals for activities and to manage them internally. Your proposal will not be published.
  • Marketing: We may use your contact details to market relevant activities and calls related to our program.

4. How do we store and protect your data?

Your data is stored in:

  • Mailchimp for newsletters
  • WPForms for proposals for activities
  • Internal Teams group for managing proposals for activities within the Program Office

We have implemented security measures such as:

  • Login and access restriction to our systems
  • Protected systems to limit access to sensitive information

Your data will be kept until further notice, but we have not yet set a specific time for its deletion. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us as indicated below.

5. Do we share your data with third parties?

  • Google Analytics to collect web statistics and improve our website
  • Tromb (our IT agency) for technical support and maintenance of our website
