Program Office

The Programme Office is responsible for the programme’s day-to-day operations. This includes planning, developing work processes, implementing activities, as well as coordinating, communicating and reporting in line with the programme’s mission and strategic direction.

Mission Control

Mission Control is an advisory body that supports the Steering Committee by providing strategic input and ensuring that the programme remains aligned with its overall objectives. The group helps ensure that program activities contribute effectively to the mission.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee ensures that the program’s strategic decisions and guidelines are implemented. It also ensures compliance with decisions, conditions, and frameworks set for programs within Impact Innovation.

Program Office

Find us where industry meets innovation

The Program Office is led by the coordinator Jernkontoret in collaboration with Luleå University of Technology, LTU Business, Sustainable Steel Region, SveMin, the Swedish Foundry Association, Swedish Aluminum and Örebro University.

We are represented with offices in Luleå, Stockholm, Sandviken and Örebro, where the industry has a strong presence. The program is stakeholder-driven and involves a large number of actors in the mining, metals, recycling and manufacturing industries, academia, research institutes, municipalities, regions, associations, trade unions and public authorities.
